Great value for price. Pluses: Great location. Amazing value for price. Humungous room with all amenities. Morning staff - helpful and smiling, willing to help. Minuses: The lady that checked us in, she seemed bored with her life and work: - she could not provide us with simple advice: where could we have a local taco - she "forgot" to give us the key - she didn't mentioned where the room was, we had no idea where to go, and we needed to keep asking in order for her to explain us where the room was - again, maybe it was just her bad day. in the end, after this experience we decided to rely more on uncle Google's help then hers
Very attractive boutique hotel in the historic centre of Queretaro. The breakfast is included and is especially good, with hot and cold options. The rooms are tastefully decorated and there is a lovely interior patio. Staff are friendly and helpful. We did a tour (wine and cheese) and the price was good and our guide helpful. The only negatives: on this first night the toilet was blocked and staff tried to unblock it but we're unable to. The next day it was working fine. Also one of the pillows was dirty but all in all for the money that we paid it was a great deal.

Old architecture building which got adapted to be a hotel. It is nice, clean and very well located in Queretaro's downtown. Does no hace it's own parking and you have to pay 200 MXN for parking per day.
This is a beautiful guess house with rooms that make you feel like you are at a 5 star hotel. This staff is very happy and incredibly friendly. My friend and I do not speak Spanish but they helped us and guided us through every step of out trip without blinking an eye.

Amazing hotel, we stayed for a weekend. First off, the hotel decor is very pleasing with its "eco-tourst" mentality and cozy-modern feel. The hotel is close to all great tourist attractions, surprisingly quiet for being downtown. The young staff is very helpful and the breakfast at restaurant was a healthy delicious benefit.
